Delta Pro Scooters Warranty

Delta Pro Scooters is extremely proud on the product that we provide. We guarantee our products are free of manufacturing defects and broken components. We proudly provide a warranty against manufacturer’s defects, for the original owner, for 90 days from date of purchase. All Delta items must have been purchased directly from our site (DeltaProScooters.Com), Delta's Amazon and eBay store or one of our certified retailers. You must be the original owner and you must be able to provide sufficient evidence of the defective item. We require all warranty claims to provide proof of purchase (email receipt is acceptable) as well as photos of the damaged item and complete product. Damage due to misuse, abuse, modification, regular wear and tear and shipping is excluded. Warranty does not cover chips, scratches, chunking, flat spots or other damage of parts that is a result of normal use. Approved warranty claims will be repaired or replaced by Delta Pro Scooters, at their discretion, at no cost to the customer. Delta Pro Scooters reserves the right to deny any warranty claim.


The warranty period is (90) Ninety Days from the original date of purchase. During this warranty period, under normal use, Delta Pro Scooters will at its option, repair and/or replace parts determined to be defective.


1. Any unauthorized maintenance, misuse, collision, abuse, modification, chips, scratches, chunking, flat spots.

2. Incorrect Use of Product.

3. Damage due to fire, flood, acts of God, misuse and related damage.

4. Any prepaid freight for warranty service.


If any product issues arise please contact your dealer first. All certified dealers are responsible for their own warranty policy.
